【材料】<br />

去骨雞腿肉1 隻、小黃瓜丁70g、西芹丁25g、番茄丁30g、優格30g、蜂蜜1小匙、蒔蘿少許、鹽與胡椒少許<br />
<br />
{醃肉醬料}<br />
番茄糊1小匙、優格2匙、百里香1支<br />

【作法】<br />
<br />
1.雞腿肉以優格、蕃茄糊、百里香醃製,放置一晚。<br />
2.醃好的雞腿肉切塊,以烤串串起,連同雙層串燒架放入氣炸鍋,以180℃料理12分鐘。<br />
3.烤好的雞肉串盛盤;所有蔬菜丁拌入優格、蜂蜜,以鹽與胡椒調味,盛入盤中,擺上蒔蘿作為裝飾。<br />

Tips【自製優格】將牛奶(1000cc)加熱至90℃後,靜置待溫度下降至40℃,加入優格(約130g) 拌均勻,放置室溫約8小時後於冰箱冷藏。<br />
