透抽2尾薑10公克蔥15公克辣椒少許<br />

調味料<br />
鹽1/4茶匙糖1/4茶匙醬油2大匙涼開水2大匙雞粉1/4茶匙<br />

作法<br />
1.透抽清理乾淨切花後切塊；蔥、薑、辣椒切絲，備用。 <br />
2.所有調味料混合成魚汁備用。 <br />
3.將作法1的透抽汆燙至熟盛盤，撒上薑絲、蔥絲、辣椒絲即可。</strong></strong></strong>
