五花肉300公克蘿蔔200公克野菇100公克青蔥1支薑2片水300㏄<br />

調味料<br />
醬油100公克米酒1大匙糖1大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.五花肉洗淨切塊;蘿蔔去皮切塊;野菇洗淨;青蔥洗淨切段;薑切片,備用。 <br />
2.鍋中燒熱1大匙油,先放入薑片和蔥段爆香,再放入五花肉塊炒至五花肉表面焦香後,加入醬油、米酒、水和糖略燜煮至五花肉軟嫩。 <br />
3.接著放入蘿蔔塊和野菇,以小火繼續燜煮至熟透且醬汁濃稠即可。</strong></strong></strong>
