  材料<br />
  <strong>山藥、木耳、青椒1個、瘦肉、小米椒2個、大蒜籽2瓣、油、鹽、生抽、味精</strong><br />
<br />
  做法<br />
  <strong>1、山藥去皮洗淨切薄片,木耳泡發摘洗乾淨,青椒切段,瘦肉小米椒蒜均切好備用。<br />
  2、炒鍋放油燒熱,下小米椒蒜粒爆香,放入肉絲劃散後,依次倒入山藥、青椒、木耳,略微翻炒幾下,加入少量開水,改中火加蓋燜燒一分鐘左右。<br />
  3、開蓋轉大火,加入鹽和適量生抽繼續翻炒至入味,放少許味精即可出鍋。</strong><br />
