蘿蔔乾炒黃豆

材料<br />
<strong>主料:鹹蘿蔔干1根,黃豆1把<br />
輔料:蔥姜蒜少許,精鹽,十三香,生抽,老抽,白糖,水澱粉</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、提前將黃豆泡發,大概六個小時後以上。<br />
2、鹹蘿蔔乾用水泡過,清洗幾遍,以免太鹹。<br />
3、將洗好的蘿蔔乾切成細條狀,蔥姜蒜切好備用。<br />
4、鍋內倒入適量油,蔥姜蒜爆鍋,出香味後倒入泡發的黃豆,翻炒幾下。<br />
5、然後倒入一碗水,將黃豆煮熟。<br />
6、大概10分鐘後,倒入鹹蘿蔔乾一起煮。期間加入少許鹽、白糖、十三香,倒入少許老抽上色,然後倒入少許生抽提味。<br />
7、等收湯之後,加入水澱粉勾芡一下就可以了。</strong><br />
