A.雞蛋2顆太白粉水1茶匙<br />
B.叉燒絲20公克洋蔥絲15公克小黃瓜絲15公克鮮香菇絲2朵綠豆芽15公克<br />

調味料<br />
鹽1/2茶匙雞粉1/4茶匙胡椒粉1/4茶匙<br />

作法<br />
1.熱鍋,加入1大匙沙拉油,放入所有材料B,以小火炒約1分鐘後盛出,備用。 <br />
2.將雞蛋打散,與所有調味料、太白粉水混合,再加入作法1的材料拌勻。 <br />
3.加熱平底鍋,放入1大匙沙拉油,倒入作法2以小火將兩面各煎約2分半鐘,至金黃熟透即可。</strong></strong></strong>
