白蘿蔔50g青蔥1支瘦豬肉35g<br />

調味料<br />
水1杯醬油1大匙糖1/2小匙<br />

作法<br />
1.白蘿蔔去皮,洗淨切成大丁狀;青蔥洗淨後,一半切成5公分長段、一半切成蔥末備用;將瘦豬肉洗淨後,切成大丁狀備用。 <br />
2.取一深鍋,放入水、醬油、糖,以大火煮至滾沸後,將白蘿蔔、蔥段及豬肉丁加入後,以中火滷至熟透(約25分鐘)。 <br />
3.起鍋前,再撒上少許蔥末即可。</strong></strong></strong>
