  材料<br />
  <strong>菠菜心,海米,豬肥彪,油豆皮,冬筍,冬菇,雞蛋清,麵粉,生粉,料酒,蔥姜水,鹽</strong><br />
<br />
  做法<br />
  <strong>1、菠菜洗淨,取菠菜心嫩葉。<br />
  2、冬菇、豆皮、海米用溫水浸泡10分鐘撈出。<br />
  3、冬筍、冬菇下入沸水鍋中汆燙撈出,瀝乾水分。<br />
  4、菠菜下入沸水鍋中汆燙,去除草酸撈出,瀝乾水分。<br />
  5、海米、肥肉膘、冬筍、冬菇均切成小丁,菠菜切碎末備用。<br />
  6、將菜丁放入碗內,加鹽、料酒、蔥汁水調製成菠菜餡。<br />
  7、將豆皮切成若干長方片。<br />
  8、將菠菜餡分別放在豆腐皮上,捲起來。<br />
  9、雞蛋清打成雪麗糊。<br />
  10、加入過篩麵粉、干澱粉,攪成暄糊。<br />
  11、將原料逐個掛勻、暄糊。<br />
  12、入五成熱油鍋中炸制。<br />
  13、菠菜脯炸至杏黃色,撈出控油裝盤即成。</strong><br />
