孜然烤翅

材料<br />
<strong>油,料酒,生抽,老抽,鹽,雞精,辣椒粉,孜然粒,孜然粉</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、將雞翅和雞腿用刀劃幾刀,放入油、料酒、生抽、老抽、鹽、雞精、辣椒粉醃1個半小時。<br />
2、在錫紙上塗抹一層油,再放入雞翅,再再雞翅上刷一層油。<br />
3、烤箱375度預烤5分鐘。<br />
4、放入雞翅烤10分鐘,再停5分鐘,刷一層油烤10分鐘,停5分鐘,刷一層油再烤10分鐘,停5分鐘。<br />
5、拿出烤好的雞翅,塗抹辣椒粉、辣椒、孜然粉、孜然,最後放入烤箱烤3分鐘。</strong><br />

小訣竅<br />
<strong>喜歡吃蒜的,可以在最後一部加上蒜末在雞翅或雞腿上。</strong><br />
