<strong>主料:鱈魚200克 西紅柿2個<br />
調料:食鹽1小勺 料酒1小勺 澱粉10克 亨氏番茄醬30克 黃油20克 白醋1小勺</strong><br />

番茄鱈魚濃湯的做法<br />
<strong>1.鱈魚一塊,剪去周邊魚皮<br />
2.去骨,切成正方小塊<br />
3.置於碗中,加入料酒、白醋、生粉,拌勻<br />
4.番茄去皮後切成小丁<br />
5.用料理機打成果湯<br />
6.黃油中火加熱至溶化<br />
7.倒入打好的番茄泥,加入一小勺鹽,炒勻<br />
8.加入番茄醬炒勻<br />
9.至湯汁沸騰呈濃稠狀時,改大火,下入魚肉<br />
10.快速拌和至魚肉斷生時,關火,起鍋時可加少量雞精、胡椒粉調味,也可不加</strong><br />
