奶油烤白菜

材料<br />
<strong>大白菜1/4顆,蝦米8-10粒,奶油芝士1匙,芝士碎適量,蒜2瓣,橄欖油一點點,料酒一點點,白砂糖1小匙</strong><br />
<br />
做法<br />
<strong>1、蝦米洗淨備用。<br />
2、大白菜4分之1顆切絲。<br />
3、蒜2瓣做成蒜蓉。<br />
4、不粘鍋小火加熱,加一點點橄欖油用鏟子抹勻,加入步驟(3)、步驟(1)和一點點料酒爆香。<br />
5、加入步驟(2)翻炒,再加入1匙奶油芝士和1小匙白砂糖翻炒均勻。<br />
6、至料都熟了,將步驟(5)倒入耐熱碗,灑上適量芝士碎。<br />
7、烤箱加熱230度12分鐘。</strong><br />
<br />
小訣竅<br />
<strong>1、如果覺得大白菜太大顆家裡人吃不完,可以用等量娃娃菜代替。<br />
2、我用的奶油芝士有點鹹,所以就沒加額外的鹽了。</strong><br />
