水蓮300公克肉絲200公克鮮香菇2朵胡蘿蔔20公克蒜末15公克辣椒末15公克沙拉油2大匙<br />

調味料<br />
鹽1/2小匙雞粉1/2小匙米酒1大匙<br />
<br />
醃料<br />
鹽1/4小匙米酒1/2大匙太白粉少許<br />

作法<br />
1.水蓮洗淨瀝乾切段;鮮香菇洗淨瀝乾切絲;胡蘿蔔切絲備用。 <br />
2.取一容器,放入肉絲及所有醃料攪拌均勻醃15分鐘至入味備用。 <br />
3.熱油鍋,放入作法2的肉絲以大火過油,直到肉絲顏色變白時,起鍋備用。 <br />
4.熱鍋,倒入沙拉油燒熱,放入蒜末、辣椒末爆香後,先放入作法1的鮮香菇絲、胡蘿蔔絲以中火翻炒至香味溢出,再放入作法1的水蓮大火快炒數下,最後放入作法3的肉絲及所有調味料拌炒入味即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
