所需材料:<br />
<strong>春筍、香茹,豬後腿肉、姜、蔥。</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>醬油膏、鹽、糖、鮮雞粉、料酒。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、豬肉剁碎,春筍去皮切大塊焯水後切小粒,香茹泡發後切小粒。<br />
2、鍋內熱油,七成熱下姜米爆香,放入肉碎煸炒至發乾後加入料酒、醬油膏、鹽、糖,放入春筍、香茹,放少許水,改小火燉至水收乾。<br />
3、加雞精粉,臨起鍋前下入蔥花即可。</strong><br />
