製作酒釀餅所選用的材料有:<br />
<strong>中筋麵粉、酒釀、糖適量、溫水、豆沙,還可以準備芝麻等。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、準備好了就可以做了,先將酒釀、糖、溫水混合,再倒入麵粉中拌勻,慢慢淋入混合好的糖水,揉成光滑的麵團,蓋上濕布放在溫暖處,使其發酵約四小時。<br />
2、將發好的麵團搓揉成長條狀,分成相等的小面塊,包入豆沙和芝麻,先搓圓再按扁。<br />
3、然後平底鍋燒熱,抹少許油,再放下酒釀餅小火烘烤,約15分鐘,兩面金黃時即取出即可。</strong><br />
