所需材料：<br />
<strong>萵苣莖、蒜泥、花椒。</strong><br />

調味料：<br />
<strong>鹽、雞精粉、辣椒油。</strong><br />

做法：<br />
<strong>1、將蒜泥入在小碗中，另取鍋內熱油，六成熱時，下入六七顆花椒，小火煸出香味後，撈出花椒，將熱油澆在蒜泥上。<br />
2、將萵苣莖去皮切細絲放入碗中，加適量的鹽，抓醃一下並擠去多餘水份，加入雞精粉、辣椒油，再將蒜泥連油一起倒入，拌勻即可。</strong><br />
