所需材料:<br />
<strong>牛腩、洋蔥、胡蘿蔔。</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>沙茶醬、鹽、糖、雞精粉。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、牛腩洗淨後,大塊入高壓鍋,出氣後,關小點火壓20分鐘後取出改小塊。<br />
2、炒鍋內熱油,放入切好的洋蔥、胡蘿蔔塊煸炒,並放入切好的牛腩塊,調入沙茶醬、鹽、糖、雞精粉,並加入少許的燒牛腩的原湯。<br />
3、大火,待湯汁基本收乾後即可起鍋。</strong><br />
