當歸煲虱目魚湯

虱目魚1尾當歸15公克黃耆30公克川芎20公克枸杞10公克薑片10公克水1800cc<br />

調味料<br />
米酒100cc鹽少許<br />

作法<br />
1.虱目魚洗淨,切成5大塊;所有中藥以冷水沖洗去除雜質,備用。 <br />
2.取一湯鍋,放入水1800cc與除枸杞外的其餘材料,以小火煮約15分鐘。 <br />
3.將作法1的虱目魚塊放入作法2的湯鍋中,以小火續煮約20分鐘。 <br />
4.將枸杞、米酒加入作法3中,再煮約5分鐘後,起鍋前以鹽調味即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
