所需材料:<br />
<strong>豆腐、蝦仁、麵粉、薑末、太白粉</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>鹽、料酒、少許醬油</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、超市買的冷凍蝦仁,蝦仁洗乾淨後,用鹽,料酒,少許醬油,麵粉醃漬10分鐘這樣。<br />
2、豆腐切小塊,鍋中底油,放點薑末爆香一下,然後倒入豆腐稍微煎一下。<br />
3、鍋中加些水,倒入蝦仁,加點醬油,輕輕地攪炒一下。<br />
4、大火燒開,加些鹽,轉成小火燒四,五分鐘這樣。<br />
5、湯收的差不多的時候,用太白粉勾個芡就可以了。</strong><br />
