湘辣雞翅

所需材料:<br />
<strong>雞翅、木耳、青蒜苗、蔥姜蒜</strong>。<br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>醬油、雞精粉、糖、剁椒、料酒。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、雞翅洗淨,改刀成兩塊,焯水後洗淨浮沫;木耳泡發;青蒜苗切碎。<br />
2、鍋內熱油,七成熱下蔥段、薑片和蒜末,爆香後,下入雞翅,調入料酒,加醬油、糖,翻炒均勻使雞翅上色。<br />
3、下入剁椒,炒勻後,盛入空碗內,上蒸鍋蒸三十分鐘。<br />
4、將蒸好的雞翅重新倒入炒鍋內,下入木耳,調入雞精粉,大火盡量收乾湯汁後,臨起鍋前下入青蒜苗,炒勻即可。</strong><br />
