所需材料:<br />
<strong>雞翅、紅椒、香菜、蔥、姜、大蒜。</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>醬油膏、糖、雞精粉、蠔油、豆瓣醬。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、香菜、蔥、洗淨切段,大蒜、姜切片,紅椒切菱形塊。<br />
2、雞翅洗淨切兩段,焯水,瀝乾後,入油鍋炸至外皮金黃。<br />
3、取一個空碗,放入醬油膏、糖、雞精粉、蠔油,將炸好的翅浸入其中,醃十分鐘。<br />
4、鍋內重新放少許油,下豆瓣醬炒出紅油,下入醃好控乾水份的雞翅煸炒,即而放入薑片,蒜片、蔥段,紅椒,炒至紅椒斷生,關火放入香菜段炒勻即可。</strong><br />
