日式醃蘿蔔

白蘿蔔 750g 鹽 5g 糖 10g <br />
醃泡溶液<br />
醬油 50ml 冷開水 200ml 白醋 50ml 糖 10g <br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
蘿蔔洗淨後刨去一層薄薄外皮,橫切成0.5cm薄片,再切成方便入口的小扇形。加5g鹽後拌勻。(Mia直接將蘿蔔片裝在足夠容量的玻璃器皿內加蓋搖晃均勻!) <br />
2 <br />
靜置一小時後完成殺青程序。將滲出的水份倒出。 <br />
3 <br />
再加入10g白糖,充分拌勻。(Mia是加蓋後再充分搖晃均勻。)靜置一小時。 <br />
4 <br />
(不須倒掉這裡的滲出液)直接將醃泡溶液的所有材料加入後拌勻。 <br />
5 <br />
加蓋後放冷藏醃泡一夜後即可食用。泡愈久愈入味、好吃,三天後的狀況最佳! </strong></strong></strong></strong><br />
