鮮海菜60公克吻仔魚45公克<br />

調味料<br />
鹽1/2小匙雞精粉1/4小匙太白粉水1大匙香油1小匙大骨高湯400㏄<br />

作法<br />
1.鮮海菜用清水泡洗過後瀝乾。 <br />
2.取湯鍋,放入大骨高湯煮沸,加入鮮海菜及吻仔魚、鹽、雞精粉拌勻。 <br />
3.待作法2再度煮沸後,轉小火用太白粉水勾薄芡後關火,灑上香油即可起鍋。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
