所需材料:<br />
<strong>雞肉、青梅、洋蔥</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>番茄醬、泰式酸辣醬、鮮雞高湯、雞精粉、鹽</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、雞洗淨,切塊,入開水鍋焯水後撈出,用流水洗淨浮沫備用。<br />
2、鍋內放油,七成熱時放入切成粗絲的洋蔥,煸炒至軟後,倒入番茄醬,炒出紅油,下入仔雞,翻炒均勻,倒入雞高湯沒過菜面,放入青梅,下泰式酸辣醬、雞精粉、鹽調味,大火燒開後,中火燜四十分鐘即可。</strong><br />
