黃金泡菜 150g 豬肉片 100g 小黃瓜 1根 蔥 2根 醬油膏 1大匙 米酒 2大匙 <br />

作法<br />

肉片切小塊,與泡菜差不多大小小黃瓜斜刀切片,蔥切段備用 <br />
2 <br />
起油鍋一小匙油,加入蔥白爆香 <br />
3 <br />
加入肉片拌炒至稍微變色 <br />
4 <br />
加入小黃瓜繼續拌炒 <br />
5 <br />
再依序加入醬油膏與米酒 <br />
6 <br />
出現醬香之後最後加入泡菜與蔥綠,拌炒均勻即可 <br />
