排骨年糕

所需材料:<br />
<strong>排骨、年糕、泡小米椒、蔥、姜。</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>醬油膏、清醬油、糖、豆瓣醬、雞精粉、料酒。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、排骨焯水,鍋內熱油,七成熱下入蔥姜爆香後放入排骨,大火炒至變色後,放入豆瓣醬炒上色。<br />
2、放料酒、醬油、糖、小米椒調味,放開水沒過排骨,水開後,關上鍋蓋小火燜一小時。<br />
3、放入年糕,炒勻後,加入雞精粉、少許醬油膏,待年糕軟綿即可起鍋。</strong><br />
