材料:<br />
<strong>豬小排骨1斤<br />
醬油6大匙<br />
油6杯<br />
薑片3片<br />
酒2大匙<br />
冰糖3大匙<br />
八角1顆<br />
桂皮(半寸長)1片<br />
麻油1小匙<br />
鹽1/2小匙</strong><br />

製法:<br />
<strong>1. 小排骨每兩支骨相連,切成一寸半長段,全部用醬油泡20分鐘後投入熱油中炸黃<br />
2. 另起油鍋煎香薑片,倒下泡排骨所剩餘之醬油,並加入酒、冰糖、八角、桂皮及開水2杯,放進排骨中火燒煮30分鐘至汁即將收乾為止,淋下麻油即可</strong><br />
