【調味料】醬油膏 2小匙(10cc) 【調味料】米酒 1大匙(15cc) 【調味料】烏醋 2小匙(10cc) 【調味料】糖 1/2小匙(2.5cc) 太白粉水 少許 <br />

作法<br />

準備好材料:,蛤蜊先泡水吐沙後洗淨瀝乾、九層塔去除老硬的梗和葉摘成小片 <br />

蒜和辣椒切碎 <br />
3 <br />
鍋熱放1大匙油,先爆香蒜和辣椒 <br />
4 <br />
香味出來了接著把洗淨瀝乾的蛤蜊全部放入 <br />
5 <br />
蓋上鍋蓋燜幾秒鐘 <br />
6 <br />
等蛤蜊殼打開加入【調味料】和半杯水(電鍋量杯) <br />
7 <br />
撒入九層塔拌炒一下 <br />
8 <br />
略滾時以少許太白粉水勾薄芡 <br />
