作法<br />
<strong>1.米糯米->洗淨->加適量水->浸泡數小時->包保鮮膜 ->強微波10分->弱10分。 <br />
2.後腿肉、香菇->切絲+蝦米+紅蔥頭+5大匙油->強微波3分->加醬油+糯米飯->用湯匙拌勻+保鮮膜->強微波3分即可。</strong><br />
