<strong><strong><strong><strong>材料:鯛魚100g、甜桂花醬30g、鹹桂花醬30g、奶油5g、檸檬汁5g <br />
<br />
調味料:鹽5g、胡椒5g、麵糊60g <br />
<br />
作法:<br />
<br />
1、將鯛魚加入胡椒、鹽,裹上麵糊下油鍋煎熟。<br />
<br />
2、將甜桂花醬、鹹桂花醬、奶油與檸檬汁拌勻,製成桂花奶油醬。<br />
<br />
3、鯛魚裝盤,沾桂花奶油醬食用。<br />
