<strong><strong><strong><strong>材料:羊排每隻20g共5隻、玫瑰醬50g、水10g、檸檬汁5g <br />
<br />
調味料:西芹5g、紅蘿蔔5g、洋蔥5g、迷叠香料5g、義大利香料5g <br />
<br />
作法:<br />
<br />
1、將調味料與羊排醃漬一晚後,下油鍋煎3分熟。<br />
<br />
2、將玫瑰醬、水與檸檬汁調成玫瑰醬。<br />
<br />
3、煎好的羊排整齊排在盤子裡,沾玫瑰醬食用。<br />
