中藥材..........<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;黃耆3兩<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; 黨參8錢<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; 陳皮2錢<br />
去核紅棗.......... 1兩<br />
清水.................. 適量</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>鹽 ................... 適量</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

作法:<br />
<strong>1.羊肉洗淨、切塊、川燙;中藥材稍洗。<br />
2.將羊肉、中藥材、紅棗、清水放入快鍋中,蓋上快鍋鍋蓋,以中大火煮至發出唧唧聲後轉小火,計時20分鐘熄火,待紅色指示桿下降後,開蓋加鹽調味即可食用。</strong><br />
