<strong><strong><strong><strong>材料：切塊雞腿肉100g、新鮮奇異果2顆、鹽5g、糖5g <br />
<br />
調味料：鹽1茶匙、糖1茶匙、咖哩粉5g、黃薑粉5g <br />
<br />
作法：<br />
<br />
1、將雞肉與調味料醃漬一晚後蒸熟備用。<br />
<br />
2、雞肉煎至焦香。<br />
<br />
3、奇異果去皮切小塊，放入小鍋子中加入鹽和糖，煮成泥狀。<br />
<br />
4、雞腿肉搭配奇異果醬食用。<br />
