材料:<br />
<strong>豬肉&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;250 克 [8 安士/6.5 兩] [切絲]<br />
甜青椒&nbsp; &nbsp; 1 個 [切絲]<br />
蠔油&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2&nbsp;&nbsp;湯匙</strong><br />

醃料:<br />
<strong>蠔油&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;1 湯匙<br />
粟粉&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;1 茶匙<br />
水&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2 茶匙</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1. 肉絲與醃料拌勻。<br />
2. 用2湯匙油將肉絲炒至9成熟,加入甜青椒及蠔油,炒勻至肉絲熟透。</strong><br />
