<strong><strong><strong><strong>李璐說:茄子性寒,夏天身體燥熱時,最適合來盤涼拌茄子,既開胃又色香足,且涼拌作法簡單,是入門佳餚。建議涼拌茄子可入電鍋蒸煮,茄子汆燙反而易出水軟爛,不好控制熟透度。<br />

材料(2-3人份):茄子1條<br />

醬料:醬油膏1匙、香油1/4匙、蒜、蔥花、辣椒、香菜與少許糖。<br />
