冰涼爽脆的木瓜散出了百香果酸香的滋味,口感開胃又舒爽。<br />

材料:<br />
<strong>青木瓜...... 半顆<br />
嫩薑絲...... 3片<br />
鹽 ............. 1小匙<br />
百香果醬 .. 4大匙。</strong> <br />
<br />
<strong>1.刨片 <br />
青木瓜去皮挖子後,以刨刀刨成薄片,混入薑絲。 <br />
2.醃漬 <br />
下鹽巴均勻的抓過木瓜片後,放入冰箱中冰約20分鐘,拿出擠出苦水備用。 <br />
3.再醃漬 <br />
冰涼後的木瓜片,加入百香果醬掐拌均勻後,冰涼入味即可。</strong> <br />
