白甘蔗湯頭<br />
材料:<br />
<strong>白甘蔗    8小節<br />
雞骨     300公克<br />
豬大骨    900公克<br />
洋蔥     200公克<br />
紅蘿蔔    200公克<br />
水      8公升</strong><br />
<br />
做法: <br />
<strong>1.洋蔥剝皮切塊;紅蘿蔔洗淨切塊;白甘蔗去皮切小段,備用。<br />
2.雞骨、豬骨汆燙後洗去穢血,備用。<br />
3.取一湯鍋,加入水與作法1、2的材料,開大火煮滾,煮至滾沸後,轉小火續熬煮約4小時,過濾出清湯後即為白甘蔗湯頭。</strong><br />
