拉麵150公克青菜2根鮮筍湯頭500㏄煮熟的冬筍150公克香菇2朵<br />

調味料<br />
A.鹽1/2茶匙B.油100㏄鹽1/4茶匙素蠔油1/2茶匙鮮筍高湯50㏄太白粉1茶匙<br />

作法<br />
1.將麵、青菜燙熟放入碗內。 <br />
2.鮮筍湯頭加調味料A調味後倒入麵碗中。 <br />
3.炒鍋加油燒熱,將冬筍切塊放入鍋,以中火炸約3分鐘至稍乾,瀝乾油後加香菇及調味料B勾芡,淋在作法2的麵上即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
