所需材料:<br />
<strong>小黃魚(也可以改鯽魚)、姜、蔥、麵粉。</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>鹽、雞精粉、胡椒粉、料酒、椒鹽。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、將小黃魚去腮去內臟洗淨,用烹調紙吸乾水份。<br />
2、加入鹽、雞精粉、胡椒粉、料酒抓均,醃半個小時。<br />
3、將小黃魚均勻地拍上麵粉壓緊。<br />
4、鍋內放油,等油六成熱時,滑入小黃魚初炸。<br />
5、待顏色微黃時,取出。<br />
6、待鍋中的油重新升溫時,放入小黃魚復炸成金黃色。<br />
7、起鍋裝盤撒上椒鹽,或將椒鹽用小碟裝起隨魚一同上桌即成。</strong><br />
