所需材料:<br />
<strong>雕魚肉、玉米粒、蘆筍、紅椒、蔥、姜。</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>鹽、雞精粉、料酒、胡椒粉、太白粉、白糖。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、雕魚肉切丁,用鹽、料酒、胡椒粉、太白粉醃製入味。<br />
2、蘆筍、紅椒切丁,蔥、姜切末。<br />
3、雕魚丁滑油備用,蘆筍丁、紅椒丁、玉米粒焯水。<br />
4、鍋內放油,下入蔥、薑末煸出香味後,下入所有原料煸炒,放入鹽、雞精粉、糖調味後,勾水太白粉即成。</strong><br />
