原料:<br />
<strong>牛裡脊 500克、香茅30克、紅辣椒2根、番姜5克。</strong><br />

調料:<br />
<strong>鹽、胡椒粉、料酒、魚露、生抽適量。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、牛裡脊切成片,用鹽、料酒、雞蛋、白胡椒粉醃制45 分鐘入味。<br />
2、鍋放色拉油,大火燒至四成熱,改小火將牛肉放入滑油,牛肉從紅色變成褐色時撈出。<br />
3、煸炒香茅、紅辣椒、番姜。再將滑好的牛肉倒入鍋中一同翻炒,加料酒、魚露、生抽,調味即可。</strong><br />
