所需材料:<br />
<strong>魚丸、肉丸、乾木耳。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、這道菜其實很簡單,都是買現成材料,誰都會做的。丸子就不用洗了,都是乾淨的。木耳用水泡發,然後去蒂切一刀。<br />
2、鍋中一些底油,油熱放點姜末,倒入木耳炒1分鐘。然後倒入魚丸子,和肉丸子。<br />
3、不要翻炒,加大半碗水,加些鹽蓋鍋蓋,燒開。<br />
4、大概燒個3分鐘,稍微留一點湯,不要全燒乾了哦!<br />
5、少加點雞精粉,加點蔥花就可以起鍋了。</strong><br />
