羊肉600公克黑麻油2大匙水350㏄山藥375公克老薑112.5公克枸杞3錢藥材:當歸1錢<br />

調味料<br />
鹽1小匙糖1/2小匙料理米酒1瓶<br />

作法<br />
1.羊肉洗淨剁小塊;山藥去皮切小塊;老薑切片備用。 <br />
2.取一中華鍋,將鍋燒熱,倒入黑麻油後,再加入步驟1的羊肉、山藥、薑片和所有調味料、藥材及350㏄的水,煮至水滾且羊肉成熟軟即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
