原料:<br />
<strong>蝦米、豆腐皮、芥藍</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>鹽、胡椒粉、雞精粉、蔥、姜、小紅辣椒。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、將蝦米用溫水洗淨,泡軟。<br />
2、豆腐皮洗淨切段;芥藍切段、紅椒切絲。<br />
3、將蔥洗淨切末,姜去皮洗淨切絲。<br />
4、在炒鍋內放油燒熱,將蔥姜下鍋炒出香味放入泡好的蝦米,加水。<br />
5、燒開鍋後放豆腐皮、鹽、雞精粉、胡椒粉,燒開後用小火,使豆腐皮入味,最後放入芥藍段略炒,將汁收稠上碟撒紅椒絲即可。</strong><br />
