所需材料:<br />
<strong>豬小排、八角、薑片、蒜頭。</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>蜂蜜、醬油(生抽)、醬油膏(老抽)、檸檬、油。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、將豬小排切成段,稍炸一下,控去多餘的油。<br />
2、把姜和蒜放鍋裡爆出香味,放入排骨,加醬油(生抽)、少許的醬油膏(老抽)調色、八角、開水淹過肉,燒開後,調小火煮到熟,骨肉分開。<br />
3、開蓋,調到大火,加入一勺的蜂蜜和幾滴檸檬,煮到汁變稠即可。</strong><br />
