所需材料:<br />
<strong>雞翅一袋、薑片、蔥片、乾辣椒、花椒、八角</strong>。<br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、放油入鍋,8成熱時向油鍋內放入一兩勺白糖,炒到白糖融化—起泡—泡沫消退—白糖變成金黃色時,放入洗乾淨的雞翅。中火翻炒,直到每塊雞翅變成漂亮的金黃色。<br />
2、再加入一些熱水,水量到淹沒雞翅就行。<br />
3、入調味料和蔥片、一小勺醬油、一勺鹽。<br />
4、中火把雞翅燉爛,湯汁變少時改大火把汁收濃,以不乾鍋為準。<br />
5、濃湯,然後出鍋、裝盤、上桌即可。</strong><br />
