TIPS: <br />
<strong>1.花瓜罐頭換成菜心、梅乾菜一樣美味。 <br />
2.如果醬汁不夠,可以額外加醬油與糖調味。</strong> <br />

材料:<br />
<strong>花瓜罐頭1罐、絞肉半斤、蔥花適量 </strong><br />
<br />
做法: <br />
<strong>1.花瓜剁碎,蔥洗乾淨切成蔥花,備用。花瓜罐頭裡的醬汁要留著。 <br />
2.把絞肉、碎花瓜與罐頭醬汁拌在一起,醃10分鐘使絞肉入味。 <br />
3.電鍋裡加入3/4碗水量,瓜仔肉入鍋蒸熟,上菜前撒上蔥花即可。</strong>
