鮮黑木耳100公克蒜頭4顆辣椒1/2條<br />

鹽1小匙糖1/2小匙香油2大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.黑木耳洗淨切小塊狀,汆燙一下瀝乾備用。 <br />
2.蒜頭、辣椒切末,加入所有調味料拌勻成醬汁。 <br />
