蛤蠣600克薑末少許辣椒末少許蒜末少許九層塔適量<br />

調味料<br />
蒜蓉醬3大匙米酒1大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.蛤蠣先放入水中吐沙後,再以滾水汆燙過後撈起瀝乾水份備用。 <br />
2.炒鍋燒熱,加入薑末、辣椒末及蒜末爆香,再放入作法1的蛤立即調味料,以大火快炒,起鍋前,加入九層塔略為拌炒一下即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
