土雞1隻白菜1顆乾金針30公克乾木耳30公克乾香菇30公克五花肉60公克辣椒1根高湯3杯<br />
<br />
作法<br />
1.將乾金針、乾木耳、乾香菇分別洗淨泡軟,木耳去蒂後切成小片,香菇切絲,金針去蒂後打結,五花肉切小塊,辣椒切絲,白菜洗淨切段備用。 <br />
2.鍋內先加入2大匙油燒熱,炒香木耳、香菇、金針、五花肉、辣椒絲及白菜,再移入深鍋中,放入土雞、高湯,用中小火慢煮至雞隻軟透,再用少許鹽調味即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
