所需材料:<br />
<strong>白蘿蔔、牛腩、蔥姜、花椒、乾紅椒、草果、香葉。</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>鹽、醬油膏(老抽)、糖、雞精粉、料酒。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、牛腩切塊焯水後洗淨,白蘿蔔切滾刀塊,蔥挽結、姜拍鬆。<br />
2、鍋內熱油,七分熱後放入蔥姜煸出香味後,下入牛腩,炒至變色後,依次調入料酒、醬油膏(老抽)、糖,煸炒上色。<br />
3、往鍋內放適量的水,燒開後燉二小時後,加入蘿蔔,調入適量的鹽、雞精粉,再燉至蘿蔔酥爛即可。</strong><br />
